Embed guides
Step-by-step embedding for the website builders people ask about. The share tab of every form shows the same steps with your own embed code filled in.
html
<script src="https://YOUR_HOST/embed.js" async></script>
<div data-formflow="YOUR_SLUG" data-mode="inline" data-height="600"></div>Visual flags work on every platform: data-hide-header="true", data-hide-footer="true", data-transparent="true", data-loader-color="#4f46e5", data-auto-height="false". Modes: inline, popup, modal, drawer, slider, sidetab, fullscreen, floating, popover.
WordPress
- Install the FormFlow plugin (integrations/wordpress) and activate it.
- Under Settings, FormFlow, enter your FormFlow address.
- Add the shortcode [formflow slug="YOUR_SLUG"] to any post or page, or insert the FormFlow block in the editor and type the slug.
- Without the plugin: add a Custom HTML block and paste the embed code.
The plugin loads embed.js only on pages that contain a form.
Wix
- Open the editor, choose Add Elements, Embed Code, Embed HTML.
- Choose Code (not a website address) and paste the embed code.
- Resize the element to the height you set in the share tab, then publish.
Wix iframes cannot grow with the content, so set a generous height or use the popup mode.
Squarespace
- Edit the page, add a Code block.
- Untick Display Source and paste the embed code.
- Save. Code blocks need a Business plan or higher.
Webflow
- Drag an Embed element from the Add panel onto the page.
- Paste the embed code and click Save and Close.
- Publish the site; the embed does not render in the Designer preview.
Shopify
- Online Store, Themes, Customize. Add a Custom Liquid section (or edit a page and use Show HTML).
- Paste the embed code.
- Save. For a button on a product page use the popup mode.
Framer
- Add an Embed component from Insert, Utilities.
- Choose HTML and paste the embed code.
- Set the component width to Fill and the height to match the form.
Notion
- In the page type /embed and press Enter.
- Paste the form link, then Embed link.
- Drag the corners to resize.
Notion embeds the public link directly; the script tag is not used.
